DESORPTION ANALYSES FOR COMMINGLING- CUTTINGS AND CORE

Alberta EUB Bulletin 2006-28 "Changes to  the management of commingling of production from two or more pools in the wellbore"  requires
"One valid desorption test is required per 5 km radius of the well in which commingling is proposed.
• A valid desorption test may be from core or from cuttings if the test has been calibrated to core within an offsetting township.
• Data to be submitted include manometer readings, calculated gas content, all coal quality analysis, and scientific calibration of cuttings results to the core within the offsetting section. "
